This approach allows you to benefit from my specialized EMDR expertise without changing therapists.Your primary therapist continues to guide your overall treatment. My role is to provide specialized EMDR intervention.

I have 25 years of experience providing Adjunct EMDR Therapy. I’m EMDRIA Certified and highly experienced. I know how to provide precise, focused EMDR that complements your primary therapy. In Adjunct EMDR there is no expectation for you to end your primary therapy.
